The Bingham name in the Tile Industry in Humboldt County can be dated back to as early or earlier than 1947. Edwin Bingham, along with Archie Willard owned Eureka Tile Company and in 1947 Herman Bingham, Edwin's nephew, relocated from the Tucson Arizona area to work for them. Herman later went out on his own and opened Herman Bingham Tile Contracting. Craig Bingham, Herman's son, grew up in the trade and worked side by side with his father until illness forced Herman to retire in the early 90's. Craig, owner of Bingham Tile, has had his son Nick Bingham working with him since 2006 keeping the family tradition and legacy alive and well. Craig's other son Chris has worked on and off throughout the years and has now been on full time since 2019!
